Mental Health Offerings
Mental Health Initiative
Adath Israel is committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of the children, teens, and adults within our community. Rooted in our commitment to fostering social, emotional, and spiritual growth, our Mental Health Initiative provides a variety of enriching programs for our community, including support groups, educational programming, pastoral care and a robust referral system to address the well-being and mental wellness of our congregants.
Mental Health Referral Connector:
It can be challenging to find the right mental health and allied health providers. To improve access to licensed mental health professionals and resources, we have created The Mental Health Referral Resource. Please look through our list to locate the right provider for you. If you would like further assistance in navigating and connecting with providers, please reach out to RMillner@adathisrael.org. CLICK HERE for Referral Resources.
Pastoral and Short-Term Care:
We offer spiritual and emotional Support to congregants on topics, including, but not limited to relationships, coping with change, loss and grief, illness and your own personal transformation and growth. You can request an appointment by completing the form below, or reach out to our social worker, Rebecca Millner by clicking here, or the clergy assistant Elaine Carroll, by clicking here.
