The deadline for summer orders is Wednesday, July 31, 2025. All plaques ordered by this deadline will arrive in time for Yom Kippur. The cost for each plaque is $425.

The cost of each plaque is $425 (a tax deductible donation).

A record of the Yahrzeit will be maintained by the synagogue and an annual Yahrzeit reminder will be sent to:
