2025-2026 ECLC Registration - Form

Early childhood is a time of exploration, growth, and discovery, and we are committed to providing a positive and engaging Jewish preschool experience for your child. Our dedicated team of educators is passionate about fostering a love for learning and creating a foundation for the future with patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for fostering curiosity and development. At this time, please do not place any requests on registration forms. We will work hard to place your child in the best learning environment for the most positive experience and ensure they are with at least one or two friends. We cannot guarantee ANY classroom placements.

Currently enrolled families will be given priority registration through Friday, January 3rd, 2025. Registration will open to the community on Monday, January 6th, 2025. Classes fill quickly, and we want to ensure that currently enrolled families have a place with us for next year. To register, please complete this form for each child you are registering. Please note whether you would like to pay the $500 non-refundable registration fee via the ACH on file, credit card on file, or check.

Please also note: A Payment Plan must be selected below. Registration will
not be accepted without an automatic payment plan. **All Credit Card payments will
incur a 3% processing fee and all ACH payments will incur a 1% processing fee.

Adath Israel ECLC Payment Plan Agreement 2025-2026

Payment Option 1: Pay in FULL: I/we agree to pay in one payment. This includes all ECLC tuition, optional programs and additional fees. Please process my credit card or ACH in full by August 1, 2025 or I/we will send in a check by August 1, 2025. **All Credit Card payments will incur a 3% fee and all ACH payments will incur a 1% fee added to each transaction.**

Payment Option 2: Three Equal Payments: I/we agree for Adath Israel to auto charge my credit card/ ACH on file on August 1, 2025, November 1, 2025 and February 1, 2026. This includes all ECLC tuition, optional programs and additional fees. **All Credit Card payments will incur a 3% fee and all ACH payments will incur a 1% fee added to each transaction.**

Payment Option 3: Ten Equal Payments: I/we agree for Adath Israel to auto charge my credit card/ ACH on file on the 1st of each month for ten (10) months. This includes all ECLC tuition, optional programs and additional fees. Please auto process my credit card /ACH beginning August 1, 2025 - May 1, 2026. **All Credit Card payments will incur a 3% fee and all ACH payments will incur a 1% fee added to each transaction.**
